So, I've been tearing my hair out trying to find the approximate molecular composition of casein for about a week. Can't find it anywhere. Am about to go insane.

Then, along comes misfratz, with a simple website containing documents that show the g/100g amounts of amino acids in casein. One day i will buy you (quite a few) beers. Many many thanks!
