A few remaining words of wisdom.

One thing I have learnt during my time as a Prisoner of the PhD - It doesn't help in the slightest when you bitch-slap a computer screen, but my God it gives you a feeling of deep satisfaction.

Just set up the last experiments till February. Maybe without my meddling they might actually work!

I also cleaned up my desk. I probably should have taken a flame to it - underneath all the paper I found at least three silverfish squirming as soon as the light hit them. God I hate silverfish.

Anyway...


SO LONG SUCKERS! Off to Queensland I go. For those of you in the same hemisphere as me, I'll see you when I get back. jpom40, apologies again for missing your 21st.

For those of you not in the same hemisphere, I can assure you that Queensland is nicer than any place you're in now. Tourists and Queenslanders aside.

Hmm. Florence has its Queensland beating points. However, the current 4-5 layers of clothes requirement definitely means none of the aforementioned points currently go to 'weather'.

Nope. I was in Queenscliff, and it was gorgeous, and didn't have any Queenslanders in it :)
