And they're plagued with the same problem that I've been having for the last few days now. Part of the problem is that they've changed the software.
I ask you, why? This is the inner luddite in me.
For fuck's sake. It was working fine before. I've been sequencing since 2001. I've never really had a problem unless THEY'VE CHANGED THE HARDWARE/SOFTWARE that analyses the sequences.
Therefore, it's logical that other users don't have a problem unless they CHANGE THE HARDWARE/SOFTWARE.
So I ask you, why the fuck do they continue to do so????
I hate technology.
